Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 Business Days. For these Terms, "Business Days" refers to any day other than Saturday and Sunday, when banks in India are open for regular banking activities.

- Our Shipping Timelines are i) Shipping to Metro Cities takes 2- 4 working days and ii) Shipping to other cities takes 5- 7 working days

- TDWGifts provides standard shipping across India for all pre-packed boxes, pre-packed boxes refer to boxes, bags, and packages exclusively curated, designed, and packed by TDW Gifts. Both standard and express shipping options are available for all products, depending on availability, and will be charged in addition to the product price. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

- TDWGifts will email your tracking information after your order is confirmed with payment. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. TDW Gifts is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon product(s) delivery or service rendered to you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

TDW Gifts offers a 7-day replacement policy for all products sold on its website, under certain conditions (as mentioned herein below);

- You mustnotify TDWGifts of any packaging defects, incomplete packaging, or missing or wrong items within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. To be eligible for a replacement you need to i) send us an unedited video of the box opening over an email at hello@thedandelionwish.in ii) products must be returned in their original packaging. TDW Gifts will cover the shipping and handling costs for returning and replacing defective products. TDW Gifts shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.

- If You fail to inform TDW Gifts within the stipulated time frame and conditions set out, TDW Gifts reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement requests at its sole discretion.

- TDW Gifts will replace or repair the defective product at no additional cost, depending on the product's warranty. While we will make every effort to replace the exact product ordered, TDW Gifts reserves the right to provide an alternative product if the original item is out of stock or no longer in production.

- You understand and agree that all sales are final, and No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
